- Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- To qualify for a replacement:
- You must record a 360° unboxing video.
- The video must be continuous and unedited, starting from the sealed package to the full product reveal.
- This is compulsory to validate your claim.
- Without the video, no return or replacement will be applicable.
