- Standard dispatch time is 7–8 working days from the date of order confirmation.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or incorrect delivery information.

- Due to the customized, handmade, and fragile nature of our items, returns and refunds are not accepted.

- Photos of the damage
