3. Orders & Payments

  • We accept prepaid payments only through trusted gateways like Razorpay and UPI.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment.
  • Once placed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship pan India using trusted courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Bluedart.
  • Standard dispatch time is 7–8 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days post dispatch, depending on your location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or incorrect delivery information.
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the customized, handmade, and fragile nature of our items, returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery on Instagram and provide:
    • A clear unboxing video
    • Photos of the damage
  • If approved, we may offer a replacement (based on product availability) or store credit for future use.
  • No refund or replacement will be issued without valid proof of damage.
